We build the software your team actually wanted.
Tercer Labs LLP is an AI engineering company based in Kochi, Kerala, India. We design and build AI systems, enterprise software, and automation for businesses that are done tolerating tools nobody likes using.
Why we exist
Most enterprise software fails for the same reason: it was built to satisfy a procurement checklist, not the person who has to open it every morning. Features ship, requirements get met, and adoption never happens — because nobody asked whether the system fit how the team actually works.
Tercer Labs was built around the opposite premise. We treat adoption as the measure of whether an engagement succeeded, not delivery against a spec. That means spending real time in discovery before writing code, pushing back when AI isn’t the right answer, and staying engaged after launch instead of moving on to the next contract.
We prove that philosophy on our own products first. Advantum, RECVR, and Advait exist because we needed to know our approach held up outside a client engagement — software we’d be willing to run our own operations on.
Mission
Build AI systems and software that eliminate repetitive work, so businesses operate faster without adding headcount they don’t need.
Vision
A standard where enterprise software is judged the same way consumer software is — by whether people actually want to use it, not just whether it was delivered on spec.
What we believe
Adoption is the only metric that matters
A system nobody opens didn't fail at the technology — it failed at the only test that counts. We design for the moment someone chooses to use it again tomorrow.
Not every problem needs AI
We recommend AI when it earns its complexity, and plain, well-built software when it doesn't. Scoping honestly is part of the job.
One team, start to finish
The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build and support it. No handoffs between a sales team and the people who actually ship.
Security is a default, not an add-on
Access control, encryption, and audit trails are part of the architecture from the first design review, not a checklist before launch.
A process built to survive contact with reality.
Seven stages, the same team throughout, and a loop back to improvement instead of a hard stop at launch.
Discovery
We map your workflows, data, and constraints before proposing a single line of architecture.
Strategy
We define what success looks like, what to build first, and what genuinely doesn't need AI.
Architecture
We design the system — data, models, infrastructure — for your actual scale and compliance needs.
Development
We build in iterative releases, with your team seeing working software early and often.
Testing
We test against real scenarios and edge cases, not synthetic happy-path demos.
Deployment
We roll out with monitoring, training, and rollback plans in place from day one.
Continuous Improvement
We track adoption and outcomes after launch, and keep iterating — the engagement doesn't end at go-live.
Let's build something your team will actually use.
Tell us about the workflow you're trying to fix. We'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer.
